Shipping policy

Processing Time: We will endeavor to package and post your orders as soon as possible. We believe you have paid for your items and we want to get to you as soon as we can.  Please be mindful of public holidays and non trading days but our endeavour it to package and post your orders on the same day.

Shipping Methods and Costs: We use Australia Post for all our shipping method.  We will only charge the cost of postage incurred.  Any over payments will be refunded. In most instances any extra costs will be covered by us. 

Delivery Estimates: We are based in Queensland and in most cases will arrive to you in 2 to 3 days however Western and southern states may take an extra few days to arrive. 

Returns and Refunds: The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item being returned is faulty, defective or incorrect.
